Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

> Refund Policy​

  • Refund Policy makes it possible for You to return and refund a product if You receive a damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased or when the package delivered is missing one or more products.
  • For successful refunds you have to write an email to us at stickerpanti@gmail.com or you can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp +91 99900 22969 for a return and exchange request within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery of the order
  • Once your return process is completed and the returned product is inspected.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email within 48 hours.
  • We do not offer refunds if the product is not in original condition.
  • There is a cancellation service fee up to a maximum of INR 1000 applicable on all returns to take into account shipping charges and return shipping charges.
  • All refunds will be issued in the form of  Store Credits/Coupons which will have a validity of 3 Months.
  • For a refund to the original payment method, an E-mail request is mandatory. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

(Cases for Return/Modification/Cancellation of the order)

Case 1: When you wish to modify your order (address/ordered items) after placing your order with us.

  • You can write email to us on stickerpanti@gmail.com or you can reach out to our support team via Whatsapp +91 99900 22969
  • Kindly mention the order number in the subject line of the email and in WhatsApp for easy reference 
  • We request you to mention clearly in the email whether the order and/or the address details need to be modified/ or any other changes desired by you. 
  • We will reply back at the earliest or latest within 1 working day to your email queries or WhatsApp regarding the modifications to your order, address etc. 

Case 2: When you wish to Cancel your order

  • Please note that we cannot cancel your order after the order is shipped/dispatched from our end.
  • You can write an email to us on stickerpanti@gmail.com or you can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp +91 99900 22969  
  • Kindly mention the order number in the subject line of the email
  • We will reply back at the earliest or latest within 1 working day to your email queries or WhatsApp regarding the confirmation for cancellation of your order. 

Case 3: When you wish to return/exchange your order.

  • You can write email to us on stickerpanti@gmail.com or you can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp +91 99900 22969  for return and exchange request within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery of the order
  • We encourage you to make a video of the unboxing of the package when you receive it and click images of the product received for proof. 
  • Kindly mention the order number in the subject line of the email or in  Whatsapp message. 
  • We request you to mention clearly in the email the reason for which you are returning the order or asking for refund along with images/ small video if the product is damaged etc 
  • We will reply back at the earliest or latest within 1 working day to your email queries or WhatsApp confirming receiving your request.
  • In case you have received a damaged or defective product, we need to be informed within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery of the order. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Please ensure that the return item must also be in the original packaging with the invoice.
  • Sharing of images/video is mandatory in such a circumstance.

Case 4: When you have received a tampered package or a torn package is delivered to you or some items are missing from your order. 

  • Since we use third party delivery services, We encourage you to make a video of unboxing of the package when you receive it, so that you have the video for future reference, so that unfortunate events of tampering and theft of your product can be lodged with the shipping partners.
  • You can write an email to us on stickerpanti@gmail.com or you can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp +91 99900 22969  to report tampering or theft from your package within 24 from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Kindly mention the order number in the subject line of the email or in  WhatsApp message.
  • In such cases if we do not receive the required information on time, we will not be able to raise a complaint with the delivery partner and not be able to refund or exchange your product. 

Case 5: When you have received a product and are not satisfied with it.

  • You can write an E-mail to us on stickerpanti@gmail.com or you can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp +91 99900 22969, within 24 from the date of delivery of your order.
  • Kindly mention the order number in the subject line of the email or in  WhatsApp message. 
  • We will reply back at the earliest or latest within 1 working day to your email queries
